θα πληθύνουν

Θα καταλήξουν

θα κατασκευασθεί

These forms look future, but of course we are talking about future relative to a time in the past, and not relative to now, the 21st century.  English, like Greek, has a way (in fact two ways) of representing this future-in-the-past.  Neither involves the form will.  Can you think what the ways are?
