Printing several pages on a single piece of paper is ideal for printing drafts and is very cost effective. When you print 4 pages on a single page (4-up), you are only charged for a single page. You can print up to 16 pages on a single page, but 4-up or 2-up are the most legible.
 

  

To print multiple pages on a single page, open your Word document as normal and click File and Print as if you were printing the document normally. In the bottom right hand corner of the printer dialogue box select the drop down box labled Pages per Sheet. Change this to the number of pages that you wish to have per sheet of A4.

When satisfied click Print.
